Do you think that the White race of today regrets the actions of their forefathers of bringing Blacks to this?

The White race has paid more than enough for slavery, and no one ever mentions that Blacks were also slave owners and were the first slave owners as well, Whites have paid by means of higher taxes to support Blacks on welfare and that usually abuse the system, the higher rate of crimes committed against the White race, and all of which are ALL hate crimes. Do you feel the White generations of today regret their forefathers actions?

When will liberals admit democracy is a failure?

Name calling shows you are not a true Conservative sir. Your racist answer on blaming the African-Americans for everything should be against community guidelines. But it's ones like you that give the Liberal/Progressives a reason to call groups like the TEA Party racist. Wearing a Tiffany and Co necklace to college?

I am entering my first year in college. Last year I saved up for a 400 euro Tiffany and co necklace that has its name and a diamond on it. I bought it from Paris when I went there to visit my sister. So I have been thinking about it. I mean its not over the top, its just a necklace with an average diamond on it but it has tiffany and co on it and its pretty noticeable. Now I am considering if a tiffany and co golden charm would be OK to wear to school. Or do you think that would give the wrong impression to people?

He didn't exactly call them that...he said that THEY called themselves that. "And YOU say, "If we had lived in the days of our forefathers, we would not have taken part WITH THEM in shedding the blood of the prophets". He was merely citing another example of their pride and self-righteousness...that they honored prophets and righteous people who were killed by their own ancestors and had the audacity to suggest that they wouldn't have made the same mistake as their forefathers.

Boy at school irritates me?

This one boy in school is very spoiled. He brags that he is smart and gets straight As. I have seen his report card, he dropped it outside of school so I picked it up to give it back to him. It was full of Cs, Ds, and Fs. He is also really rich. He wears a necklace with a dollar sign around his neck. He wears designer sunglasses to school and brags about how expensive they were. He also wears his Beats headphones all day. He pretends to have a girlfriend, but his childhood friend explained that he didn`t have one. Everyone at school hates him. In the yearbook, he signs his name with a dollar sign after his signature. Even the teachers are about to strangle him. Our social studies class lost 5 points on our finals because the boy was whispering the answers during the test. He likes to eavesdrop on other`s conversations and he uses students' ideas as his own. One time, I was writing a story for writing class, and my story was similar to the boy`s. He was sitting next to me when I was working on the story. Again, I try to see the good things in everyone and I try to be a reasonable person, but this boy is pushing me over the edge! He is the reason I want to skip school most of the time and he makes fun of my American accent in my Japanese. Our school is a international school, he heard me speak in Japanese when I ordered something from McDonalds. Can anyone tell me how I can confront with him or learn to ignore him?

Has my mom been manipulating me this whole time?

I was about 9 when my parents split i remember my mom coming up the stairs and asking me who i would want to live with if they got divorced... I also remember thinking "i don't know" but I told her that i wanted to live with her. It's been over 4 years now my life has been good my dad just got married and I want to move in with him. My mom is aware of that (i did not tell her) and ever since he got married she's been nicer. I was talking to her about a problem between my step mom and my grandmother i was pretty upset about it and all she said was "Don't let your dad guilt you into things" she has said it before when I wanted to go down to my dads more. I don't like my school have gotten very poor grades since I moved up here and genuinely have been depressed for the most part. She wants me to get a job which I want one too but I believe it's just so she doesn't have to buy anything for me anymore. She groans when I ask for lunch money 20 bucks every 2 weeks my dad pays child support 100+ a week. She thinks and has said he only wants me to move down there so he doesn't have to pay anymore child support when on the other side of things she is the one receiving it. I don't know what to do should I move down there where i am actually happy or should i stay here where it may be more reliable... If i do move down there i fear my mom will stop talking to me altogether.

Why are there so many people concerned about the word God being in the pledge of allegiance ?

So I was wondering about this. I just get bothered by people who are so offended by it. Our forefathers came for religious freedom basically so why is it so bad to keep the P.o.A. the way it is. It doesn't mean you believe in a Christian god it means you believe in q higher power. I quite frankly don't care abouy your personal beliefs but don't go try to change our country's history jusy cuz your offended. We can only accommodate you with so much if you don't like it leave.

What is a good gift for my boyfriend for his birthday?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 6 months and I want to give him something really great and special for his birthday. Hes a huge metal head but i cant think of anything to get him. He already has the cds he wants and I want to do something personal. Is it normal to suppress emotions?

To me, it's a survival mechanism. I hate to take on others worries and some people around me, as soon as they open their mouths, it is to complain or groan. It's annoying, so I block it out. But it's becoming really hard to empathize with people and I don't want to seem fake. So , is it bad that I'm holding back on these emotions?Is it human?

Ok, so it's not earth shattering info, but it comes in handy. The other day I was trying to give a compliment to la long-term together couple but telling them they were like Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins. Then I got all these groans and snickers. Come to find out that Sue and Tim are over and have been off for quite some time. When did that happen? I must have been on vacation and missed that story.
