How is using the constitution as an absolute rule respecting the forefathers?

I have no problem with anyone expressing a disagreement with the Constitution. I have a MAJOR problem with judges or anyone else who has the capability to do so effecting a change therein without following the prescribed amendment process, which is supposed to be the only way to alter it.
