Should a corporation /corporate institution have the same Constitutional rights that our forefathers wanted?

No, they are not people, and should not have the rights of people. They also pay lower tax rates than individuals. The biggest problem, however, is that international corporations functioning in the US can funnel money from foreign interests and affect US politics.
