What are some Viking War Runes and Viking warpaint patterns and colors?

Well, the Tyr-rune (an arrow pointing upward) is for the Norse god of war, and is depicted as the one-handed warrior. This is a simple symbol, but has great meaning for those going into battle. As for warpaint, the vikings did no such thing. The closest thing to that is having beads or feathers in long, braided hair. Glad I could help a fellow larper!
