Is this Jesus's view of the Jews, according to the Bible?

God made a covenant with the Jews that the messiah would be a Jew but after the death of Christ god made a new covenant that whosoever believe in Christ is saved from the judgement of the rabbinic law of the pharasiees. God still adores the Jews but he wants them to come to Christ hence Jews for Jesus movement
