What store sells all black stretch chokers?

Im looking for all black stretch chokers. The ones that are made of what seems like some sort of cloth material and are used to make little charm necklaces. I see them on the internet but I'd rather just go to a store and buy them, problem is I'm having trouble finding a store that sells them. Help someone, please and thank you :)
