Do you think America has become the tax laden England that our forefathers ran away from?

They weren't trying to escape taxation. The Founders simply objected to taxation by a Parliament in which they had no representation. And as far as our tax rates - for most Americans, they're lower now than they were under Reagan.....or Eisenhower....and far lower than those in most other developed countries.
