What do you think of 2 Timothy 3:1-7? have these words proved to be true? Have people always been this way?

Most people would say, well mankind has always been this way.so why hasn't God acted sooner, and this is one of the Scriptures that they use to quote, when saying Why hasn't God acted sooner, it things are getting so bad? They don't realize that Jehovah has his own time schedule, and he hopes that more people will learn his ways, and stay with Him. A lot of people think it's a joke, and don't care. For 2 Timothy adds that the love of the greater number will cool off. And it very hard to fight with an indifferent mind. There has to be a smidgen of conscience for them to hear what we are trying to teach them, but they are not mild enough to be taught.
