Did the USA Founding Fathers Forget One in the First Amendment (RE: Wisconsin vs big union bosses)?

Union can always be your representative to talk with your bosses. It can also protect you from your exploitation by your boss. It can provide lawyers to bail you out if your boss illegally fired you. There are many benefit for you to join the union. although unions are going to be cut in their power, they can appeal to federal court.
