Has the Arabic used in the Quran changed over the past 1400 years?

As the Brain said, the original Quran was written in Classic Arabic which is not spoken today; to be able to understand the Quran, it must be translated from the original to the present spoken language; but even then there's a problem; it would destroy the poetic wonders of the Quran which are its greatest attributes.
