Emergency I dont know whats wrong with my cat :(!!!?

Hey everyone I really need some help here. my cat was fine all day today but for some reason we found him laying behind the trees sick and groaning in pain. I felt his stomach an It felt like a huge lump from the bottom right of his belly. the last thing he ate was fish and there were a few small bones in the fish. We think the bones did this cause he was completely fine before he ate the fish. I dont know what to do! is there anything I can do with out taking him to the doctor to treat him? Please help! :(!
