? about multi wives!?

Ok guys. I need some real serious answers on this one. I know God created Adam & Eve(one women) but Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob had multi wives. In Isaiah 4:1 it says in those days seven women shall cleave to one man (future tense). So if in those says 7 women shall have 1 man, then is it ok to have 7 wives today knowing tht this scripture is future tense? Also whats the purpose of multi wives? Ive heard its for income reasons but shouldn’t the man be the provider. I’ve heard some people say a man can have another wife if she’s bringing in extra income. Is this true? shouldnt the man being the 1 to provide for more than one wife. I need to see scriptures please. No scripts to backup then dnt reply..also the bible says (1Co_7:2 )to avoid fornication let every man have his own wife & let every wife have her own husband. So whats going on. Its like one script says its ok then I c something else. And if this is the case, y did our forefathers have multi wives & the kings. I mean theres so much diseases going on. So the house has to be pledge because I man wants to lay with a woman who use to be a whore and decided to settle right after she got AIDs nd he didn’t know neither is first wife?
