Is the covenant that god said woul be the covenant that now exists?

God has established The Eternal Everlasting Covenant with those who are called unto the kingdom of Christ. Christ' Blood has sealed it. The Covenant will take place after the Tribulation period and when Christ reigns on this earth for 1000 years. God and Paul do agree as Paul wrote what the Holy Spirit of God has inspired Him to write, therefore they both do not differ in this covenant.
