Price of ladies gear in Thailand?

Hi everyone! We are off to Thailand in a few months, I was wondering if anyone can tell me the "best price" for clothing, such as tops, dresses, sarong, sandals and average price of a necklace, ordinary shell one or something similar. And anything else you think I might need to know. I know all about Bali prices but not Thailand!
